Gardagelati manufactory is in Arco, in the area of Garda Trentino, and it covers a surface of 300 sqaure meters, provided with high technological machines for ice cream production. One of those machineries is the homogeniser, which guarantees the steady creamy consistency of our ice cream.
The use of those machines enable us to make a high quality homemade ice cream meanwhile respecting the environment: we avoid water and electricity waste. On the other hand these machines allow us to produce homemade ice cream in quantities big enough to supply the Italian and European market.
The manufactory’s procedures are conducted according to HACCP standards as far as hygiene and traceability are concerned: Gardagelati has also obtained the recognition EC n. S3T27.
